Grand Master Mason Welcomes New Prostate Scotland CEO
The Grand Master Mason, Brother Dr Joseph J Morrow, bade farewell to Adam Gaines, the outgoing Director of Prostate Scotland, this week and welcomed his successor, Alison Wright, in her new role as CEO.
At a short ceremony in Grand Lodge, the Grand Master Mason presented Adam with a gift of a painting to mark the close collaboration which has existed between us for more than a decade.
It’s a relationship that has resulted in more than £1.2m being donated by Scottish Freemasonry to the charity.
Brother Morrow, who was joined by Grand Almoner Tom Davidson and Homes and Charities Manager, Dawn Oliff for the presentation, reaffirmed the Scottish Craft’s continued support for Prostate Scotland.
Over the coming years we will continue with the PROSPACK Initiative, which provides patients with of surgical, radiotherapy/brachytherapy and chemotherapy packs.
We will also support research projects with nearly £100,000 and continue towards the goal of having a Prostate Champion in each province and District.
