SCOTTISH FREEMASONRY PAYS TRIBUTE TO HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II

Scottish Freemasonry was represented as the funeral arrangements for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II got under way on Monday.The day began with her coffin making a poignant journey through the streets of Edinburgh.King Charles III led the Royal Family in a procession along the Royal Mile from the Palace of Holyroodhouse to St Giles Cathedral, where a service of thanksgiving to celebrate the life of the late monarch took place.
The 40-minute ceremony was attended by the Grand Master Mason, Brother W. Ramsay McGhee,who paid respects on behalf of all Scottish Freemasons around the world.
